Coaching - 30 Minute Phone Consultation
The first few months of your healing from interstitial cystitis can be the
most difficult and frustrating. Let me help walk you through the start of
your recovery from IC with telephone consultations. The plan is not complex, but it does
require following explicit instructions and dedication on your part. I will
guide you through a hypoallergenic, alkalizing diet and suggest tests and supplements
at the appropriate time along with lifestyle changes. Along with my coaching
fee you will need to have read my book Solving the Interstitial Cystitis
Puzzle: A Guide to Natural Healing. Some inexpensive supplements will be
suggested. Order now and start your recovery!
The cost of phone consultation is $1 per minute charged in $30 minute increments. Order as many minutes as you feel you need. I am usually on weekends. Let me know what time you prefer, and I will confirm with you if I am available. Please remember when requesting a time that I am located in the Chicago area (Central Time). Don't forget to leave your phone number.
